Vegan Muso Mushroom Risotto
Ingredients: Risotto Rice, Miso Paste, Vegetable stock, White Onion, Mushrooms, Edamame Beans, Nutritional Yeast Flakes, Nori, Coconut Oil.
Topped with a crunchy seed mix: Mixed seeds, Soy sauce,Nutritional yeast
Pour dry mixture into a pot, add enough water to cover, stir well and let rehydrate for 10 min.
Place pot over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 min, add more water till you reach desired consistency.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for another 5 min.
Stir again and dig in!
