Cooking Instructions

Pour dry mixture into a pot, add 1 cup of cold water, stir well and let rehydrate for 10 – 15 minutes.

Place pot over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 – 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, cover and let stand for another 5 – 10 minutes to rehydrate meal completely.

Stir again and dig in!

Can we order our meals from anywhere in south africa?

We deliver nationwide at a standard fee of R75.

How long will it take for our meals to arrive?

We make contact as soon as we receive your order and work out the logistics based on your requirements ensuring that you have your meals in time for your upcoming adventure.

How long can I keep the Meal packs?

Dehydrated meals have a shelf life up to one year and two years in the freezer.

We don’t recommend cooking your meal directly in the pouch.
