Ingredients

  • Beef Mince, Onions, Egg plant, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese. Served on Penne pasta

Directions

  • Pour dry mixture into a pot, add enough water to cover, stir well and let rehydrate for 10 min.

  • ┬áPlace pot over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 min, add more water till you reach desired consistency.

  • Remove from heat, cover and let stand for another 5 min.

  • Stir again and dig in!
